F is for Fall…

I was supposed to write this post last week, but the week got away from me and somehow all the posts in my head including this one stayed there. Last last we did very little for school, hopefully this week we will get some of the Thanksgiving stuff I had planned in, but it looks like K is getting sick, so we’ll see.

The week before last we did our fall theme.  The books we read the last few weeks are

We marbled painted some leaves and made coffee filter leaves

We also painted a fall tree using bingo markers, we were supposed to use corks like this one on Pinterest but I couldn’t find the ones I thought I had .

We made acorn kisses, these were easy and yummy. All you do is glue kisses to mini nilla wafers with nutella, that’s it.

We made F is for fall trees

And we went on a nature walk and made a college of the things we found

I sometimes think the best part of our week is our tot trays

On our trays

  1. pumpkin spiced playdough
  2. leaf sorting
  3. A is for acorn / P is for Pumpkin magnet pages from Homeschool Creations
  4. Autumn Fairy shadow matching from Over the Big Moon
  5. Cutting practice
  6. fall sensory bin filled with guards, leaves, pumpkins, apples, and indian corn
  7. red, orange, and yellow stringing beads

Hope you enjoyed a look into our week. This post is linked up at Tot School, Preschool Corner, and Link and Learn Sunday

  1. The trays are a really fun part, I wish I had the time to do interesting ones like you have here. Marble painting is pretty fun.

    • The trays are so easy to set up, most of the stuff I use comes from the dollar tree or stuff we have around the house. The trays are from Discount School Supply.
