When I first applied to become a Nuby Mommy Blogger, I associated their brand with cups and bottles. I was unaware of all of the other products they have on the market. Did you know Nuby has a huge line of bath and bed toys to help make those times fun and soothing?

As I said in my last Nuby post, we are working on building routines in our house. A rhythm to help our days run smoothly. We are stilling working on said routine and it’s harder than I expected. My next step after mealtimes was going to be bed and bath time but our morning routine also needed work and so I’m trying to do both together. As for our bedtime routine, that needs a LOT of work. Right now it’s a complete mess, and by complete mess, we have NO routine. NONE. K is sleeping with grandma, C is sleeping in K’s room because he hates sleeping in his room. Neither kid is going to bed at a decent time. It’s a mess. And I am thinking our lack of morning routine is in direct connection with our lack of bedtime routine. So, I need help, serious help. Which is why I am thankful that Nuby has fun toys to help me put these routines in their place.

First up bath time and Nuby’s Tub Time Turtle which is part of their new line of bath toys (more on those over the next few weeks). Tub Time Turtle, who for some reason I keep wanting to name Tim, is an interactive bath toy. He floats on the water so he is always within easy reach. But the real fun happens when you pick him up and he creates a waterfall. K loves picking him up and letting the water fall on her head. For a child that hates getting her hair wash,I call this a win. He can be purchased at Amazon.com and CookiesKids.com for about $6-7. He’s adorable and would make a great first bath toy.

OK, confession time, I think I love this bedtime toy more than K does. I do. He’s cute and soft and cuddly, and he laughs and says “Goodnight, sleep tight, don’t let the bed bugs bite”, which is what I say to the kids every night. What is it? It’s a Nuby Bed Bugzz. These little critters are perfect for little hands and are made out of terry cloth and come in all sorts of cute designs. I’m seriously in love with this toy, if I was little again, I would sleep with it.

I remember those days! Enjoy the bedtime debacles because mine are quick to go to “bed”. By bed, I’m sure my daughter is reading her Kindle and texting her friends.

That’s C’s idea of bed too, I’ve been taking his phone at night because of it, for him it is You Tube.
My daughter is five and we have a bedtime routine of brushing our teeth together and then her and I laying down together as I read her a book. My daughter is always good about going to bed right after we read a story together.
My little one likes bedtime rhymes,so i will sing rhymes and a bedtime story!
